Wine Club shipments will be delivered to the address you have in your account. An adult 21 years of age or older will need to sign for the shipment upon delivery. You can update your address at any time when you sign in to your account monseratewinery.com/profile/login.
For our Quarterly Club we offer a 3–6-month hold (1-2 shipments), for our Case Club we offer a 6-month hold (1 shipment), and for our Subscription Club we have a 2–6-month hold (1-3 shipments). Total of 6 months maximum for any club.
If you are at Monserate Winery ask one of our staff members about the Wine Club or sign-up online at monseratewinery.com/club. If you wish to cancel your membership, cancellations are eligible after two club shipments, you can make your request to [email protected] or call 760-576-0538.
Our Quarterly Club offers pick-up anytime after the 1st of February, May, August, or November for each respective shipment. For Case Club Members you can take home your Case up to 2-months early, starting Jan 1st for the March Case & July 1st for the September Case!
By choosing in person pick-up you can save on shipping! Simply select in person pick-up when signing up or update your delivery preferences under your account. Pick ups will be available at Monserate Winery for up to 30 days, after which they will be shipped to the address on file at the standard shipping rate.
There is no membership fee! It is just the price of the bottles for each club shipment, with your membership discount applied! There is a 3 shipment minimum before cancelling. If you feel you need to cancel before that requirement, you may be subject to an early cancellation fee.

If you refer someone to the Wine Club, have them put you down under the “Referred By” section and we will add two complimentary wine tastings to your account. These have no expiration and can be used at any time.
Two people max, living at the same address may both be named on a Wine Club account. Both members named must also have access to the card on file. (spouse, partner, or significant other).
For our Quarterly Club we allow 60 days to pick-up your wines. After 60 days, selections are subject to change.
For Case Club, we will have the curated selection available for 60 days, you can select any of our currently available wines when you come in-person to choose your case!
If you cannot make it in, please reach out to our Wine Club Department and we can ship your package to you! Shipping costs will apply.
Yes! Please contact our Wine Club Department if you would like to authorize somebody else to pick up your shipments!
After your 3 initial pick-ups, cancelling will be free of charge. We do require a 30-day notice of cancellation before your next Wine Club package if you do not wish to be included in that billing. Written notice must be given via email to [email protected].
Discounts, complimentary items, and any other benefits only apply to the members named on the account. Items must be checked out by the named members in person, and discounts can only be applied by using the members card on file.
For our Quarterly Club members, payments for your 3 winemaker curated bottles will be processed on the 1st of February, May, August, and November.
If you are a Case Club member who did not pick-up in advance, a curated case will be charged on March and September 1st. When you come into the winery in-person you may exchange the curated bottles for your preferred selections!
