Wine Club Policy

Terms & Conditions

You are at least 21 years of age and acknowledge that the person receiving the shipment is at least 21 years of age and must sign for any wine delivery.

By joining the Wine club, you authorize Monserate Winery to automatically bill the credit card on file according to the schedule of the club you selected. The amount charged will include the price of the discounted wine plus applicable tax and shipping cost.

Wine club members agree to receive two (2) shipments in addition to their initial purchase before cancelling their membership, members who cancel prior to their minimum commitment are subject to an early cancellation processing fee. Cancels are not final until confirmed by a staff member.

Cancellations can be done by submitting a written request to wineclub@monseratewinery.com. In order to be excluded from an upcoming shipment, cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the upcoming shipment.

Member discounts cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion offered by Monserate Winery. Additionally, a member named on the account must physically be present to se any discounts or benefits.

Wine Club wine selections are subject to current wine availability.

Complimentary wine tastings/glasses are only available in the tasting room during regular business hours. This excludes winery events and wine club events.

Wine Club memberships may have a maximum of two people named on the account. Both members named on the account must share the same address and have access to the default card on file.

Members will be charged for any reshipping fees due to failed deliveries. Members must update their wine club profile or notify Monserate Winery of any address or credit card changes.

The Wine Club is available to residents in the following states:

Shipping Policy

Terms & Conditions

An adult signature age 21 or older is required for all wine shipments.
Monserate Winery reserves the right to correct any incorrect shipping rate or discount before processing an order. Shipping is provided by UPS Ground, please allow up to 8-10 business days for shipments. If an adult age 21 or older is not present to sign for a wine shipment, UPS will make up to two additional attempts to deliver on the following business days. After which, UPS will hold the shipment at their facility which can be picked up with a valid form of photo ID. UPS will hold the delivery at their facility for up to five days, after which it will be returned to Monserate Winery.

Currently, Monserate Winery is authorized to make wine shipments to the following states:

Returns Policy

Terms & Conditions

We stand by the quality of our wines. If your purchase is spoiled, contaminated or otherwise not consumable you may return the product within seven (7) days with a valid receipt for a refund to the original form of payment or, if you prefer, exchange the product.

Monserate Winery does not accept returns for merchandise sold through our website or on site.

Events Policy

Terms & Conditions

Monserate Winery ticketed events are rain or shine. Refunds will only be eligible due to event rescheduling or cancellation.

Should a refund be issued, we will refund the price that you paid for your ticket to your original payment method.
